Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Monarchouse website, client portal, and fulfillment services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Monarchouse provides omnichannel fulfillment, warehousing, and reverse logistics, including a returns and removals service for Amazon sellers. The scope, pricing, and service levels for your account are defined in the agreement between you and Monarchouse.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your portal credentials. Amazon sellers authorize access to Selling Partner API reports through Amazon's own authorization page and may revoke that access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, to ship prohibited or restricted goods without disclosure, or to interfere with the operation or security of our systems.
Fees and billing
Storage, handling, fulfillment, and returns processing are billed as described in your agreement. Disposition rules and approval windows are configured per client, and handling is billed per line.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Monarchouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
