Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Monarchouse collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our fulfillment services and the Monarchouse client portal, including data we access on behalf of Amazon sellers.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you request a quote, book a call, or contact us, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and details about your fulfillment operation. We also collect operational data generated while we fulfill, inspect, and process your inventory and returns.
Amazon Selling Partner data
For Amazon sellers who authorize Monarchouse, we access reports through the Amazon Selling Partner API solely to operate the returns and removals service. This is limited to FBA Customer Returns and Removal reports used to identify units to SKU, order, return reason, and disposition. We do not access or store buyer personal information. Sellers grant this access through Amazon's own authorization page and can revoke it at any time from their Amazon account.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, identify and process returned and removed inventory, reconcile counts against Amazon records, support reimbursement claims, communicate with you, and meet legal and compliance obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, with carriers and partners required to fulfill your orders, or when required by law. Amazon report data is used only to deliver the service you authorized.
Data retention and security
We keep client account and returns records for the duration of the client's service agreement and up to 24 months afterwards, then delete them. Security and access audit logs are kept for 12 months. Amazon report data contains no buyer personal information and is kept only as long as needed to identify and reconcile the seller's returns. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and Amazon authorization tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256). Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication and is limited to staff with a job need. If we become aware of a security incident involving client data or Amazon information, we notify affected clients, and Amazon where Amazon data is involved, within 24 hours. This policy also covers the Monarchouse Returns client portal at returns.monarchouse.com.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, and Amazon sellers may revoke API access at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
